This collapsible washing machine concept has been designed by Kai Xia as an ultra-compact take on the namesake appliance that would provide a person with a way to easily launder garments from home. The compact, bucket-like appliance features washing machine technology inside that’s capable of washing small items like socks and underwear from the bathroom. This will eliminate the need to constantly hit up a laundromat or even to avoid use of a full-size washing machining the home to conserve water and energy.
The collapsible washing machine concept collapses down when not in use to be stored away between cycles and features a simple interface on the front for managing operation. The unit is also great for urbanites in apartments to easily wash garments in a compact way.
