Dublin, Ireland – November 7, 2025 — European Commissioner for the Environment, Jessika Roswall, visited Ireland today at the invitation of Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine, Martin Heydon TD, as part of ongoing efforts to secure a continuation of Ireland’s nitrates derogation. Commissioner Roswall began her visit with a tour of a County Kildare farm, where she observed water quality initiatives under the Nitrates Action Programme. The farm showcased:
