Emma Roberts showed off her sense of style as she left her hotel in New York on Wednesday.
The actress, 31, stood out from the crowd in a silk purple mini dress which she wore with white tights as she stepped out.
Over the top of the dress the Wild Child star wore a long cream and brown checked coat with funky purple trim detailing on the arms.

Emma boosted her height with huge shiny white platform heels and accessorised with small gold hoop earrings.
The beauty wore her honey tresses in loose waves over her shoulders and opted for a glowing makeup look complete with plenty of bronze.
She looked in great spirits as she beamed while strutting her stuff along the pavement.

It comes after the former child star admitted ‘it’s really hard’ juggling her acting career with raising two-year-old son Rhodes Robert Hedlund, whose godfather is three-time Grammy winner Tim McGraw.
‘I now see why moms are always so tired!’ Emma told People on Tuesday night.
‘I just see it from such a different perspective now. I see how being a mom is a full-time job, so I see how for women who have full-time jobs and [are] full-time moms, it’s so hard and I have so much respect for them.’

Roberts added: ‘I’m so lucky my mom [Kelly Cunningham] helps me a lot. I would die without my mom.’
The Bellatrist co-curator co-parents little Rhodes with Tulsa King actor Garrett Hedlund, whom she split from in December 2021 after a two-year romance.
The Minnesota-born 38-year-old still has two months of probation left stemming from a 2020 arrest for DUI, according to Us Weekly.
Since June, Emma has been dating her Creative Artists Agency agent Cade Hudson.
Roberts has been hard at work promoting her role as bride-to-be Michelle in Michael Jacobs’ feature directorial debut Maybe I Do, which hits US theaters January 27.
The rom-com about in-laws having an affair also features Richard Gere, Diane Keaton, William H. Macy, Susan Sarandon, and Luke Bracey.
