The Halide app, which is a mobile tool that is designed to elevate photography on the platforms launches its new Neural Telephoto feature. The app is available to purchase from the Apple App Store and helps users capture the perfect shot. By selecting the new feature, users without Pro devices will be able to elevate the functions of their cameras through telephoto zoom levels.
The company describes the feature as a “virtual telephoto lens” but instead of the blurry and pixelated images that are captured with zoomed-in shots, it features a built-in machine-learning system that is able to enhance details. Overall, it is made to feel like a tactile film camera for an old-school experience.
