European Union Aviation Safety Agency has published the Amendment 12 of the Easy Access Rules for Large Rotorcraft (CS-29) available in PDF, machine-readable XML, and in a new improved online version with:
- optimised performance for quick and seamless navigation,
- a pair of permalinks for each rule article pointing to the latest version of the article and to the article version under the displayed amendment,
- improved filters, search functions, and navigation for computers, tablets, and mobile phones.
This Revision from March 2026 incorporates the ED Decision 2024/009/R, covering the CSs and AMC with regard to the reduction in accidents caused by failures of critical rotor and rotor drive components through improved vibration health monitoring systems.
