Insomnia Cookies’ new Chocolate Chunk Brookie and new Chocolate Chunk Blondie are not your average brownie treats. To create each of the new bars, the chain baked together two of its richest, most indulgent offerings: its iconic chocolate chunk cookie and its ultra-rich brownie. As a result, the new Chocolate Chunk Brookie is a delicious half-brownie, half-cookie creation, while the new Chocolate Chunk Blondie is described as “the most irresistible treat known to mouth.”
Both the new Chocolate Chunk Brookie and new Chocolate Chunk Blondie are available now in stores at Insomnia Cookies and for delivery.
