The Sony x Honda Afeela EV was shown off as a prototype transportation solution at CES 2023 as a simple, stylish and efficient vehicle focused on supporting the needs of the modern driver.
The vehicle is focused on enhanced value for mobility standards, which includes a gentle rounded tone throughout the interior to give passengers a soft, supportive experience when traveling. The vehicle also features minimized distractions with carefully chosen colors and accents to help keep the design person-focused rather than getting too wrapped up in the advanced technological components.
The Sony x Honda Afeela EV is expected to formally launch in the US in 2026, but will first be prototyped ahead of being offered as part of a preorder in 2025.
