Denmark-based company Autofuel develops a new robotic refueling system that helps drivers relax and fills their gas for them. The system is able to pump gas into vehicles without having to move a finger, which is perfect for the colder seasons or those that have mobility issues.
Additionally, it can also identify customers and help with accepting payments as well, making the entire process seamless and hands-free. The company developed this when they realized that the process as stations had not altered in decades despite the vast development of technology and artificial intelligence. Drivers start by registering their cars, and information, getting the system set up, and once it is parked in the designated lot, the robotic arm does the rest of the job.
