Bremont has released an exclusive Broadsword Recon timepiece as part of its Armed Forces collection. Bremont’s co-founder Nick English spoke in a press release, saying: “The Recon harks back to the original Dirty Dozen watches synonymous with military and exploration heritage yet feels incredibly modern on the wrist through the sandwich dial and a lovely saturated lume effect.”‘
The Broadsword Recon is similar to the other timepieces in Bremont’s Armed Forces collection, inspired by the durability of modern watches. Despite that, this exclusive timepiece particularly infuses the essence of the authentic 1940s Dirty Dozen field model that contains the seconds-subdial, Arabic numerals, and vintage lume. The timepiece also features a contemporary sandwich dial with P51 Super-LumiNova. The case back is engraved with all three Armed Forces Heraldic Badges with the written words “Approved by Her Majesty’s Armed Forces.”
There are only 200 units available for $3,195 in GBP.
