Spanish carrier Air Europa has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Airbus for up to 40 A350-900 aircraft, marking a pivotal step in its long-haul fleet renewal strategy. The announcement was made on November 18, 2025, during the Dubai Airshow, one of the industry’s largest showcases AeroTime ADS Advance Airbus.

The agreement will form the backbone of Air Europa’s long-haul fleet replacement, accelerating the phase-out of older widebody aircraft.
