Carl’s Jr. and Hardee’s are partnering with OpenCity’s AI proprietary voice ordering platform called “Tori” to improve the customer experience of ordering food, all the while boosting operational efficiency.
When a drive-thru customer is ready to place their order, they can talk with Tori and then proceed to pay for their meal at the pickup window as usual. Already, as a result of implementing this drive-thru technology at test restaurants, Carl’s Jr. and Hardee’s have observed increased order accuracy, more employee satisfaction and productivity, as well as a “significant impact to labor efficiencies.”
