Dallas Cowboys star Micah Parsons is making the rounds this NFL offseason, both putting in work ahead of the upcoming season and enjoying a bit of downtime when he can.
After showing up to the second-round NBA Playoff matchup between the Philadelphia 76ers and Boston Celtics and opting to wear Sixers gear, Parsons traveled to Boston to watch the Celtics in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Finals against the Miami Heat. Prior to the game, the Cowboys linebacker was spotted on video chatting with Celtics star Jayson Tatum, who was quick to point out that he remembered Parsons wearing a Sixers jersey and rooting against his team.
After Tatum called out the NFL star, stating that “last time I saw you, you had a Philly jersey on,” Parsons vowed that he was pulling for Tatum and the Celtics in Game 1 against the Heat. The Cowboys star pointed the blame for his Sixers jersey on Michael Rubin, the former part-owner of the team, who sold his stake in the franchise in 2022.
