NIGO presents the latest Spring/Summer 2023 KENZO collection with a strong highlight on nautical visual themes captured through a visual campaign. The focus this season highlights “worldliness, inclusivity, and individuality.” It stars familiar faces including “skateboarder and musician Lil Dre, vocalist Nina Utashiro, and models Moses Battiest, Ama Elsesser, Sunmoon Jung, Lily McMenamy, Omar Sesay, Lulu Tenney, and Bomi Youn.”
The new campaign means to honor the diverse lens that KENZO often embodies. The nautical themes are fused together with streetwear shapes and the backdrops boast shades of purple. Some of the highlighting pieces in the seasonal range include the many KENZO badges that decorate the silhouettes. One reads “Jungle” and others follow a vintage branding theme, channeling the concept of gaining many achievements at sea.
