Via her Instagram, JJ Dalton emphasized the family’s connection with Buffalo is as strong as ever.
“Damar is a son, a brother. A friend, a teammate,” she wrote, adding, “Let’s continue to pray for the miraculous healing of Damar Hamlin.”
On Monday, Hamlin went into cardiac arrest after making a tackle on Cincinnati wide receiver Tee Higgins. He is in critical condition in a Cincinnati hospital.
As of Tuesday night, donations to Hamlin’s charity have soared past $5M.
