A Simpler Digital Experience for MOA and MTOA Organisations

Travel

Maintenance Organisation Approval (MOA) and Maintenance Training Organisation Approval (MTOA) holders can now benefit from a more streamlined and digital way of interacting with EASA through the Organisation Approvals Tool (OA Tool) and the EASA Service Portal.

The OA Tool provides organisations with a central platform that supports EASA oversight activities throughout the approval lifecycle. Organisations can monitor findings, submit evidence, track corrective actions, and collaborate more effectively with their EASA oversight teams, all within a transparent and structured environment.

The EASA Service Portal serves as the entry point for submitting approval changes, applications, and other requests. It provides organisations with a simple and structured way to initiate processes, submit supporting documentation, and monitor the status of their requests, helping to ensure greater visibility and efficiency throughout the process.

Together, these complementary platforms reduce administrative effort, improve visibility of ongoing activities, and make interactions with EASA easier and more efficient. By connecting requests, approvals, and oversight activities within a digital environment, organisations benefit from a more transparent and user-friendly experience.

MOA and MTOA organisations are encouraged to explore the training materials and user guidance available on the EASA Digital Services pages and take full advantage of the OA Tool and the EASA Service Portal.
