The European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) has published the updated Easy Access Rules for Normal-Category Aeroplanes (CS-23 Amendment 6 and AMC & GM to CS-23 Issue 5) — Revision from May 2026, available in PDF, machine-readable XML, and in a new improved online version with:
- optimised performance for quick and seamless navigation,
- a pair of permalinks for each rule article pointing to the latest version of the article and to the article version under the displayed amendment,
- improved filters, search functions, and navigation for computers, tablets, and mobile phones.
This publication incorporates the ED Decision ED Decision 2026/003/R with the objective to ensure that the AMC and GM to CS-23 reflect the latest technological developments and certification practices for normal category aeroplanes and improve harmonisation with the FAA.
