EASA encourages all interested parties and affected stakeholders to review and comment on the proposed MoC via the dedicated Comment-Response Tool (CRT) entry until 31 March 2025.

The proposed Level 2 MoC provide acceptable methods of compliance based on published standards, existing guidance material or new guidance material generated or adapted for the EHPS technology.

Background

The MoCs were initially published to seek stakeholders’ views at the end of December 2024 for a 3-month consultation period. The MoC were grouped by major topics under ‘Overspeed and Containment Demonstration’ and ‘Endurance and Durability Demonstration’ for ease of consultation.
