The President of the United Arab Emirates, Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, is set to visit Nigeria in 2025 following an invitation from Nigerian President Bola Tinubu. This invitation comes as part of ongoing efforts to bolster bilateral ties and foster economic collaboration between the two nations.
President Tinubu, currently in Abu Dhabi for the UAE’s Sustainability Week, extended the invitation during a meeting with President Al Nahyan at the Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental. The two leaders discussed strategies for enhancing Nigeria’s economic growth, particularly through increased investment and partnerships in key sectors.
Sustainability Week, a global forum focusing on sustainable development and addressing pressing challenges such as climate change, energy, and water scarcity, provided a platform for this crucial dialogue.
